Jong-du has been just released from prison for the third time, but his return home is not happy. One of his brothers is unemployed, the other one tries to involve him in his small business, without any success. Jong-du spends his days wandering adrift through the city. He suddenly decides to visit Gong-yu, the sister of the man he accidentally killed with his motorbike. She is slightly mentally disable and can't speak properly, but he is intrigued by her. One day, when he knows she is alone in her house, he goes visiting her, but he loses control and starts to impose himself on the helpless young woman, stopping only when she faints. Gong-yu forgives him because he is the only one who seems to care about her.
