The movie follows Danny Chanoch along the most important journey of his life, the one that will bring his children, Sagi and Miri, from Israel to his Holocaust. Born in Lithuania, Danny, was deported to a concentration camp. After having seen his family divided in Stuthoff, from Dachau he was transferred to Auschwitz and then to Mauthausen, where he stayed until the liberation of the camp. Danny and his children have six days to cross four countries, five camps and a shack in Birkenau. The sweet and mournful eyes of Danny's first son follow the story of his dad, who describes the stages that brought him to Auschwitz and debates with his daughter, Miri, a clear-headed companion of this journey and a critical heir of his memory.
