In 1996, the municipality of Naples approved a project of urban upgrading to reconvert the former industrial site of Bagnoli and create a low-density housing complex offering high environmental quality. The president and the general manager of Bagnoli S.p.A., the company carrying out the project, supervise the works and dialog with the institutions, the mayors and the press, while Biagio, a thirty-year old construction worker, builds the city's future with his crane.
