Valleys of Bergamo, Nembro, Trevasco Quarry, 24th December 2010. A huge piece of rock falls down at the entrance of one of the historical climbing sites in the province of Bergamo.
The production of Keep Training! twists and turns around the ignited debate of whether or not access to the Quarry would remain open.
The directors gather interviews, anecdotes, opinions and facts. They creep into the quarry, they sneak into a municipality meeting and meet some of the mountaineers "born" in the Quarry.
The movie is a declaration of love to a place which is controversial, weird, complex and disturbing, but still rather beautiful. In a place like this, training is imperative: Allenarsi! (Keep training!)
