Vincent Parry, unjustly condemned of his's wife's murder, has only one possibility: plastic surgery. He changes his appearance and starts looking for the murderer. A young and beautiful woman helps him escape from the police. It is the third of four films that the real-life couple Bacall and Bogart made together.
