Director Romeo Castellucci, one of the founders of the Raffaello Sanzio society, tells through the visionary short film Brentano, the story of a young man "who has no desire to live anymore and decides to escape". Based on the homonym work of prose by Robert Walser, the film is shot as a sort of second optic skin around the character who remains disconnected by the same place that his anguish creates.
Nightmares and dreams compose together in a hypnotic rhythm.
